solving equations for free

Hi everybody out there, I am caught up here with a set of algebra questions that I find very hard to answer. I am taking Algebra 1 course and need help with solving equations for free. Do you know of any good quality math help product? To be honest, I am a little skeptical about how useful these software programs can be but I really don’t know how to solve these problems and felt it is worth a try.
