Hi, I am a senior in high school and need major help in solving equations with two variables. My math grades are poor and I have decided to do something about it. I am looking for some software that will allow me to enter a problem and gives detailed step by step solution; basically it must walk me through the entire thing. I really need to improve my grades so please help me out. |

I could help if you can be more specific and provide details about solving equations with two variables. A good computer program would be ideal rather than a costly math tutor. After trying a number of software I found the Algebrator to be the best I have so far come across. It solves any math problem from your book. It also explains all the steps (of the solution). You can just copy it as your homework . However, you should use it to learn math, and simply not use it to copy answers. |

I agree, resources on the internet are no better than the college books. Algebrator is a good method to start your math career. |

A extraordinary piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving hypotenuse-leg similarity, monomials and geometry. Just by typing in the problem from homeworkand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - Intermediate algebra, Basic Math and Intermediate algebra. I highly recommend the program. |
