Hi, I may sound really dumb to all the math gurus here, but it’s been a long time since I am learning uses of quadratic formula, but I never found it interesting. In fact I always commit mistakes. I practise quite often, but still my grades do not seem to be getting better

Can you give some more details about the problem? I might be able to help if you clarify what exactly you are looking for. Recently I came across a very handy software program that helps in understanding math problems easily. You can get help on any topic related to uses of quadratic formula , so I recommend trying it out.

Some professors really don’t know how to teach that well. Luckily, there are programs like Algebrator that makes a great substitute teacher for algebra subjects. It might even be better than a real teacher because it’s more accurate and quicker!

I definitely will try Algebrator! I didn't know that there are software like that, but since it's very simple to use I can't wait to try it! Does anyone know where can I find this software? I want to get it right now!

A extraordinary piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar difficulties while solving 3x3 system of equations, parallel lines and perpendicular lines. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Remedial Algebra, Algebra 2 and College Algebra. I highly recommend the program.

Thanks for the details. I have purchased the Algebrator from http://www.linear-equation.com/the-history-of-solving-quadratic-equations.html and I happened to read through inequalities this evening. It is pretty cool and easily readable. I was attracted by the detailed explanations offered on conversion of units. Rather than being exam oriented, the Algebrator aims at educating you with the basic principles of Algebra 2. The payment guarantee and the unimaginable rebates that they are currently offering makes the purchase particularly attractive.
