Hi everyone, I heard that there are certain programs that can help with us studying, like a tutor substitute. Is this really true? Is there a software that can help me with algebra? I have never tried one until now, but they shouldn't be hard to use I suppose. If anyone tried such a software, I would really appreciate some more information about it. I'm in Algebra 2 now, so I've been studying things like algebra children free and it's not easy at all.

Algebrator is a good software to solve algebra children free problems. It gives you step by step solutions along with explanations. I however would warn you not to just paste the solutions from the software. It will not help you in understanding the subject. Use it as a reference and solve the questions yourself as well.

I am a student turned tutor; I give classes to high school children. Along with the regular mode of explanation, I use Algebrator to solve examples practically in front of the learners.

http://www.linear-equation.com/introduction-to-linear-algebra-for-engineers.html and http://www.linear-equation.com/linear-equations-1.html are a couple of authentic sites that offer the Algebrator. But, before making the purchase, understand what it offers and how is it different by reading the feedback online. From my personal experience, I can tell that you can begin using Algebrator right away without any aid since the software is absolutely user friendly and very much self- instructive.

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - College Algebra, Pre Algebra and Basic Math. It is a truly a great piece of algebra software. I remember of going through difficulties with dividing fractions, inverse matrices and distance of points. I would simply type in a problem homework, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework. I highly recommend the program.
