convert a fraction to a decimal point

I have trouble with convert a fraction to a decimal point. I tried hard to get someone who can assist me with this. I also looked out for a tutor to teach me and solve my problems on adding exponents, cramer’s rule and trigonometric functions. Though I located a few who could possibly crack my problem, I recognized that I cannot pay for them. I do not have much time too. My assignment is coming up before long. I am desperate. Can someone help me out with this situation? I would very much welcome any assistance or any advice.
