Hi All, I am in need of assistance on percentages, ratios, proportions and converting decimals. Since I am a beginner to College Algebra, I really want to learn the bedrocks of Algebra 1 completely. Can anyone recommend the best place from where I can begin reading the basics? I have a class test next week. |

What exactly don't you understand about converting base 7 to decimal? I remember having difficulty with the same thing in College Algebra, so I think I could try to give you some suggestions on how to approach such problems. However if you want help with algebra on a long term basis, then you should buy Algebrator, that's what I did in my Algebra 2, and I have to say it's the greatest! It's less expensive than a tutor and you can count on it anytime you want. It's not hard to use it, even if you never ever tried a similar software. I would advise you to purchase it as soon as you can and forget about getting a math tutor. You won't regret it! |

I am a frequent user of Algebrator and it has really helped me comprehend math problems better by giving easy to understand steps for solving. I highly recommend this online tool to help you with your algebra stuff. You just need to follow the instructions given there. |

Algebrator is a simple software and is definitely worth a try. You will also find several exciting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can swear that it has made learning math much more fun. |
