Hi, my high school classes have just started and I am shocked at the amount of scientific notation adding, subtracting homework we get. My basics are still not clear and a big assignment is due within 3 days. I am really worried and can’t think of anything. Can someone guide me?

Extra classes are no better than taking your daily classes. If you have a doubt, you need to makes an effort to get rid of it. I would not suggest extra classes, but would ask you to try Algebrator. It will surely solve your query concerning scientific notation adding, subtracting to a large extent.

Hey Friend, Algebrator helped me with my learning sessions last week. I got the Algebrator from http://www.linear-equation.com/linear-equations-and-matrices.html. Go ahead, try that and keep us updated about your opinion. I have even recommended Algebrator to a couple of my friends at school.

A truly piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar difficulties while solving gcf, adding exponents and absolute values. Just by typing in the problem from homeworkand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - College Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Basic Math. I highly recommend the program.

Thanks for the detailed instructions, this sounds awesome. I needed something exactly like Algebrator, because I don't want a software which only solves the exercise and shows the final result, I want something that can actually show me how the exercise needs to be solved. That way I can learn it and next time solve it without any help, not just copy the answers. Where can I find the program?

You can buy it from http://www.linear-equation.com/the-slope-intercept-form-of-the-equation.html. There are several features available at the site. You can look around and see if it suits your need.
