slope and y-intercept on excel

Can anybody help me? I have an algebra test coming up next week and I am completely confused. I need help particularly with some problems in slope and y-intercept on excel that are very tricky. I don’t wish to go to any tutorial and I would sincerely appreciate any help in this area. Thanks!
