decimals least to greatest is my biggest problem. Can any one help me understand it? I am a novice at it. What book or other resource do you suggest for beginning this subject?

I have a good recommendation that could help you with algebra. You simply need a good program to clarify the problems that are hard. You don't need a private teacher, because on one hand it's very expensive, and secondly you won't have it near you whenever you need help. A software is better because you only have to buy it once, and it's yours forever. I recommend you to check out Algebrator, because it's the best. Since it can resolve almost any algebra exercises, you will probably use it for a very long time, just like I did. I bought it years ago when I was in Pre Algebra, but I still use it quite often.

Yes. You can find it here – http://www.linear-equation.com/quadratic-equations-and-problem-solving.html. There is a simple buy procedure and I believe they also give a cool money-back guarantee. They know the tool is superb and you would never use it. Enjoy!
