How about some more particulars on your trouble with practice multiplying and dividing decimals? I might be able to throw some light on . If you are not able to get a good help or some one to sit and sort out your problem or if it is too costly , then there might be another way out . There are some good algebra programs that you can try . I tested them out myself. It came across to me as brilliant as any tutor can be. I would opt Algebrator for the kind of answer that you are in the look out for. What is pretty about it is that it assists you one step at a time to the solutions rather than simply giving the answer. Why not give it a try ?

Hey, Algebrator is one awesome tool ! I started using it when I was in my high school. It’s been years since then, but I still use it occasionally. Mark my word for it, it will really help you.
