how to understand truth tables equation

Heya guys! Is anyone here familiar with how to understand truth tables equation? I have this set of problems regarding it that I just can’t understand. Our class was tasked to solve it and know how we came up with the solution. Our Algebra teacher will select random students to solve the problem as well as show solutions to class so I need comprehensive explanation about how to understand truth tables equation. I tried solving some of the questions but I think I got it completely wrong. Please help me because it’s a bit urgent and the deadline is near already and I haven’t yet figured out how to answer this.

I have tried out many software. I would confidently say that Algebrator has assisted me to come to grips with my difficulties on linear equations, converting fractions and evaluating formulas. All I did was to simply key in the problem. The answer appeared almost instantly showing all the steps to the answer. It was quite simple to follow. I have relied on this for my algebra classes to figure out Basic Math and College Algebra. I would highly suggest you to try out Algebrator.

I remember having difficulties with multiplying matrices, relations and function composition. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Algebra 2, Intermediate algebra and Algebra 2. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
